*Internal* Clinical Supervisor - Early Intervention

About this role:
The Clinical Supervisor works in collaboration with the Program Director and Assistant Director to ensure quality of clinical services and compliance of program services with Operational Standards.

We are looking for people who have:
- Must have required degree and requirements as defined in Early Intervention Operational Standards
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to meet required competency level in Microsoft Office Software.
The physical requirements for this role:
- Ability to meet with families and/or individuals within their homes
- Moderate travel required
- Frequent phone use required
- Ability to use computer
In this role, all those associated with service coordination with the addition of, you'll get to:
- Engage in regular meetings with the Director and Assistant Director
- Act as the “acting director” when the Program Director and Assistant Director are unavailable
- Co-facilitate team member meetings when needed
- Participate in LEA meetings and support transition process
- Assist with assigning caseloads and overseeing them
- Oversee all assessments/intakes, including assisting with scheduling if needed
- Assist with monitoring timelines, non-compliance, and errors in EICS
- Maintains a 40% productivity requirement
- Ability to travel to all parts of the catchment area if needed
- Provides direct individual supervision to all Early Intervention Specialists, including supervision during the provision of direct services, and monitors paperwork completion as it relates to service coordination and documentation of services.
- Assists Program Administrator in completing annual performance evaluations on all staff.
- Coordinates and supervises intake (screening assessment, IFSP development) and entrance management on all referrals.
- Coordinates and participants in IFSP meetings with intake/service coordinators; schedules regular co-visits with direct service staff; participates in screenings and assessments.
- Assume administrative responsibilities in absence of Program Administrator
- Coordinates and facilitates staff development
- Maintains compliance with all Kennedy Donovan Center policies and procedures, OCCS/DPH regulations and requirements.
